Privacy Policy

Who we are
Online Creations Ltd operates this website. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, email info@online-creations.com.
When you contact us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. You may also provide your website address. We use these details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss work you have requested. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
We rely on steps you request before entering a contract where your enquiry concerns a potential project. For other correspondence, our legitimate interest is responding to questions and managing business communications. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply.
Running and protecting the website
Our hosting and technical providers process connection and security information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include IP addresses, request details and error information. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website available and preventing misuse. Privacy preferences are stored so the site can respect your choices.
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to screen automated enquiries. Google may process device and interaction information when the page loads and the form is submitted. See Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Website measurement
This website uses Google Analytics and self-hosted, aggregate heatmaps. Both are enabled by default for new visitors unless a saved opt-out or browser privacy signal applies. You can turn measurement off through Privacy Choices. Google Analytics receives page-use information; queries, fragments and form contents are excluded from the analytics page address.
Heatmaps combine page loads, click and tap positions, scroll depth and broad screen-size groups. They do not record sessions, typed form contents, names, email addresses, raw IP addresses or persistent heatmap visitor identifiers. Contact and privacy pages are excluded. The Cookie Policy explains the technologies, controls and retention settings.
Who handles information
Enquiries are delivered to our business email account. Website hosting, email and technical service providers process information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
Some providers operate internationally. You can contact us for details of the providers and applicable transfer arrangements for your information.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry correspondence for the time needed to handle your request, follow up an active discussion and resolve any related issue. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence forms part of the project record. Legal, accounting and dispute requirements may require us to retain relevant records for longer. Contact us if you would like us to review or erase correspondence about you.
Heatmap aggregates are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Privacy preferences expire after 180 days. Hosting and email retention are separate from heatmap retention.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can change optional measurement preferences at any time. Contact info@online-creations.com to make a request.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We also welcome the opportunity to address your concern directly.
Changes
We will update this notice when the way we handle website information changes.
